These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Yata (https://yata.live), a Slack-based productivity tool operated by Akagawa Innovations Inc.

By installing or using Yata, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Yata is a Slack application that helps users manage scheduling and availability through natural language commands within Slack.

2. User Accounts

Access to Yata requires authentication through Slack OAuth.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Slack workspace and account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
  • Access or collect data belonging to other users without authorization
  • Abuse the platform or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend access if the service is misused.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Yata operates within the Slack platform and may integrate with external services such as Google APIs.

Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Service Availability

While we aim to provide a reliable service, Yata is provided “as is” without guarantees of continuous availability.

Features may change or improve over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akagawa Innovations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

7. Termination

Users may stop using Yata at any time by uninstalling the application from Slack.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Yata after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
